The remaining listings are for positions to our “back-end” teams where your role may not necessarily carry responsibilities in game, but outside the server. At this time these positions are without financial compensation, but they are a great way to gain real-world applicable experience that you can translate to your professional or personal skills. As the server grows, we aim to introduce a revenue sharing model for these roles as well.
The MineFrost staff team is dedicated to creating a seamless and enjoyable Minecraft experience and taking the needs and wants of the community as its core priority. Our players always come first.
To ensure the continuing success of our community, we need dedicated, customer-facing, and optimistic individuals who collaborate well in a virtual team environment, but also work efficiently independently.
There are multiple ways you can contribute to what we are building at MineFrost – ranging from chat moderation, plugin development, sys admin, to designing our marketing strategy. Social Media Manager
We are seeking a passionate social media manager to join our team and help build and maintain the online presence of our Minecraft server. The successful candidate will have some background in social media management and a passion for creating engaging and effective content.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy for the server, including identifying target audiences and platforms
- Create and schedule engaging and relevant content for the server’s social media accounts (such as Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram)
- Monitor and engage with the server’s social media communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze and report on the server’s social media performance, including metrics such as engagement, followers, and reach
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and experience with social media management (can be for personal accounts)
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools
- A passion for creating engaging and effective social media content
- Experience with Minecraft and/or gaming communities is a plus, but not required

Community Manager
We are looking for a passionate community manager to join our team and help build and nurture the community of our Minecraft server.
Your main goal will be to grow our player base & sense of community. You’ll bring new ideas to the table on how we can get new players, increase retention, and unify our community.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and build relationships with the server’s community, including players, staff, and partners
- Reach out to Twitch, YouTube, TikTok & Instagram creators to get them to play on our server
- Create an event calendar and help organize & run those events. Including the promotion of the event
- Monitor and engage with the server’s social media and communication channels (such as Discord and forums)
- Gather and analyze feedback from the community to inform future decisions and improvements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest community trends and Minecraft server trends
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with community management and moderation welcomed BUT NOT NECESSARY
- Familiarity with social media and online communication platforms
- A passion for building and nurturing communities
- Experience with Minecraft specific and/or gaming communities is a plus, but not required
