Resolved Spawner Glitch

    Dear Whom may read this,
    I have had a glitch with my 3 spawners when I was mining them with a silk touch pick the spawners disappeared and no it was not clear lag they just randomly disappeared, Also if you are able to help I would appreciate it plz help me though I need my 3 spawners and I don't know where they went.
